At Kairos Health and Wellness, we do not accept insurance for our services. You may use your insurance for labs, imaging and medications. We do not accept patients with Medicaid or Medicare.
Our direct care practice is a model of health care that eliminates the insurance companies out of the process, creating a one-on-one personalized care, greater availability, and an enhanced therapeutic relationship between you and your provider. You will receive 100% access to your provider for questions, advice, refills and whatever else you may need. You will have little to no wait time, and have longer appointments in person, virtually or on the phone.
We offer transparent costs, and patients pay for their care directly to us. You can use your HSA/FSA card. By eliminating third-party payers, we dedicate all of our focus on you and your health.
We will send you your full progress note and super bill after each visit, so you can submit it for possible reimbursement by your insurance company. We will coordinate your care by sharing information among all the providers concerned with your health to achieve safer and more effective care.
